Abby Hohlbein wins Midget heat at Montpelier before Mother Nature takes over
It was "Back to School Night" at Montpelier Speedway in Montpelier, Indiana, and Cloverdale, Ohio's Abby Hohlbein was in on the action. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans, stepping in and ruining the evening's program before main event competition could be completed. For Abby, fresh off of a victory at Spoon River, the weather's takeover was a disappointment, as she won her respective USAC Midwest Thunder Speed2 Midgets heat race.
